The staff was friendly, especially India at the front desk. She was professional and, like we weren’t just another number coming through the door. The breakfast setup was excellent, with a good variety that kept the kids happy.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.

I almost wrote a great review, but the experience was far from acceptable. The pool felt like a lukewarm bath and was in disrepair, which was thoroughly disappointing. Also, not having my room cleaned or the towels replenished is simply unheard of. Being treated like just another guest is not what I envisioned at all, definitely not a pleasant stay.

This hotel is close to great spots like Crump Park and Short Pump Town Center. The rooms are spacious, and my kids loved the large TVs for entertainment. We enjoyed a solid breakfast every morning, making our family stay comfortable.

My wife says that the pool could use an upgrade.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the Short Pump Town Center and Crump Park, both just a short drive away. The rooms were spacious and featured 37-inch LCD TVs, perfect for unwinding after our outings.

The only downside was that the cleaning staff didn't seem to refresh our room, leaving the beds unmade and wet towels on the floor when we returned after a long day.
